Radautean soup


In a 5 liter pot put 4 liters of water and chicken breast, a pinch of salt and let it boil frothing from time to time.

Meanwhile, clean the onions, carrots, parsnips, celery and add them to the whole pot.

The leeks and green garlic are washed, finely chopped and boiled in a pot.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

We take out the chest and cut it into juliennes.

Strain the soup and blend the vegetables.

We put them in the strained soup together with the meat.

The 2 eggs, sour cream, flour and garlic are mixed, put a hot soup polish and pour into the pot.

Let it boil for about 10 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.

I put 2 tablespoons of vinegar from the jar of hot peppers.

At the end we sprinkled green parsley.

The soup is ready, served hot with hot peppers and sour cream.
