Cheesy Meatloaf
This meatloaf made with lean ground beef, shredded Cheddar cheese, and Panko breadcrumbs is super cheesy, moist and delicious!
If you’re looking for simple weeknight meals that the whole family will love, this Cheesy Meatloaf is it! This recipe first came about when I was making hamburgers last Summer.
Most of the time, we just use ground beef and form them into patties before grilling. However, since I prefer my burgers more on the well done side they tend to dry out.
That is until one day I decided to add some shredded cheese to them. The burgers were SUPER moist and fully cooked, just the way I like them.
So I decided to try it out in meatloaf form a few weeks ago and man was it good! I wasn’t quite sure what to call it, but Cheesy Meatloaf sounded like as good a name as any.
